Runs very small.
I have many items from Savage X Fenty, most sizing is spot on based on listed measurements. These were TINY. I got a 2x which is what I wear in the ribbed bike shorts and I couldn't even gets these past my low thigh. Such a bummer as I was really looking forward to these. Cute style and seemingly good quality.

Sizing Inconsistencies
I ordered this in a 1X thinking it had some stretch to it. It did not. It was tight as hell, I couldn't even get it over my thigh, so I returned and got a 2X. These shorts were still too damn small and not flattering at all. Idk if these are supposed to be compression shorts or not but they're too tight. I really want Savage X Fenty to get consistent with their sizing. I hate that one day I order something in my size and it fits perfectly and the next time, that same size is either too big or too small. It makes me feel like something is wrong with me
