I am 5'7" 195lbs, 38c and I went with the xl because people were saying the lace didn't give. I should have gone with the Large but was still comfortable wearing with just pasties and felt it held me in. The lace is super soft and the body suit fit well through the crotch! The pattern is so sexy and I got so many compliments! Buy this!!
