I wore this bra all night on a construction site and I didn't have to adjust a single time! There is some compression but not so much that the band or straps start to cut in or it feels like I'm suffocating. I'm 125 lbs 34C and the L fit me perfectly. I was gifted this item in exchange for my honest review.

Love the colors on this and sad I missed the matching pants. Very comfortable and doesn't give a uniboob! Well made and high quality.

Originally, ordered a 2X.. Though the breast area was fine, I wasn't feeling the spillage of the back fat...Nope! Immediately exchanged for a 3X, though my bralettes are all 2X (no problems) Very satisfied with my decision to exchange: the fits comfortable (front & back, no spillage or tightness); soft to the touch... I got these to match with the pair of sports leggings with the branded waistband and pockets. All I can say is I look cute and I feel good whenever I go to the gym. Even though these are low impact when I'm either on the elliptical, treadmill, or Stairmaster my girls aren't going anywhere. Also, the bra is breathable so even when you sweat, it's not like it builds up and you end up drenched.

The minute I tried this on I was obsessed. It is low impact so an intense workout would probably require a different bra but I felt secure and like everything was sitting right. More than likely will use mostly as a running errands and yoga bra.
