1. BINDING AGREEMENT

The following are the official rules (the “Rules”) for the Savage X Fenty Diana Al Shammari Jersey Customization Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). The Rules are a legally binding agreement by and between Sponsor (as defined below) and each entrant (“Entrant”). By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Rules. Failure to comply with these Rules will void your entry (“Entry”). In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between these Rules and any other disclosures, statements, or promotional materials, these Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

2. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lavender Lingerie, LLC d/b/a Savage X Fenty, 800 Apollo Street, El Segundo, California 90245 ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding as to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Savage X Fenty Diana Al Shammari Jersey Customization Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, national, and local laws and regulations, and eligibility is subject to the law of each entrant’s jurisdiction of residence. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and void in any jurisdiction where registration, bonding, or other regulatory requirements would apply and have not been satisfied.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins when the promotional post goes live on the @SavageXFenty Instagram account on or around June 18, 2026, and ends on June 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is the official time-keeper and shall determine timeliness of Entries at its sole discretion. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible. Any proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period:

•      Follow the @SavageXFenty account on Instagram;

•      Like the official Sweepstakes post; and

•      Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the Sweepstakes post.

Limit: one (1) entry per person, per Instagram account, regardless of the number of comments submitted. Multiple entries from the same person or account will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, and entries by any means that subvert the entry process, are void and may disqualify any entrant who uses such means from participating. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and entry is free for all entrants. A purchase or payment of any kind will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a custom embroidered Savage X Fenty jersey (approximate retail value to be confirmed) designed in connection with the Diana Al Shammari partnership campaign. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any. All other costs and expenses not specifically described above are the winner’s sole responsibility. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE PRIZE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THE WINNER SHALL TAKE THE PRIZE “AS IS” AND AT HIS/HER/THEIR OWN RISK.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected on or around June 22, 2026 by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message ("DM") from the @SavageXFenty account on or around June 22, 2026. The potential winner must respond to the DM within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a winner, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account submitted at the time of entry.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION AND AFFIDAVIT

The potential winner may be required to complete and return, within the time specified by Sponsor, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release. The potential winner may also be required to show proof of identification in connection with acceptance of the prize within the time specified by Sponsor. A potential winner who is a U.S. resident may additionally be required to complete an IRS Form 1099 and provide a Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax-reporting purposes; a potential winner resident outside the United States may be required to provide equivalent tax or identification documentation as Sponsor reasonably requires under applicable law. If the potential winner is a minor in his or her jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian. Noncompliance within the specified time period, prize notification returned as undeliverable, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant: (a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding; (b) grants Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, successors, and related entities an absolute, unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and transferable license to use, store, copy, modify, publish, distribute, broadcast, display, edit, and reproduce his or her name, handle, likeness, voice, image, and entry for any purpose, including advertising, marketing, media, editorial, commercial, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any form of media anywhere in the world, without further payment, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law, and represents and warrants that his or her entry is original, that he or she owns or has obtained all necessary rights to it, and that it does not violate any third-party intellectual property or proprietary rights; provided that, for any Entrant who is a legal resident of the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain or the Netherlands , the foregoing license is granted and exercised subject to applicable data-protection law (including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation) and does not override that Entrant’s rights to withdraw consent, object to processing, or request erasure of personal data as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and required by such law; and (c) releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any liability, loss, damage, injury, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or who is in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; (b) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (c) garbled, corrupted, or lost data or entry transmissions; (d) errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, or otherwise related to or in connection with the Sweepstakes; (e) entries that have been tampered with or altered; or (f) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified.

The winner and any potential winner will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties (as defined below) and Sponsor against all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable counsel fees and legal expenses) arising out of any breach of these Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to forever and irrevocably indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, agents, representatives, licensees, successors and assigns, and all of its advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and its prize partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages (actual, incidental, or consequential), claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, including attorneys’ fees and/or experts’ fees and costs, which he/she/they now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any other reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her/their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties will not be liable to the winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any act of God or public enemy, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, severe weather, embargo, labor dispute, transportation interruption, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, any government law, order, or regulation, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event). Further, each entrant agrees to waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist, with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. THE LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS IN THESE RULES APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants, the winner, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, under no circumstances will any Entrant or winner be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Except where prohibited, each person who participates in the Sweepstakes and the winner irrevocably agrees that any dispute will be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator, with experience in advertising or promotion, under the rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”); provided, however, that notwithstanding the parties’ decision to resolve any and all disputes through arbitration, Sponsor may (1) seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court to enforce these Rules; (2) bring an action in court to protect and interpret Sponsor’s intellectual property rights; and/or (3) bring an action to enforce the decision of the arbitrator before any court with applicable jurisdiction. The arbitration will be held in Los Angeles, California. The parties will split the arbitrator’s fee; provided, however, that if applicable law requires Sponsor to pay the arbitrator’s fee in order for the arbitration provision to be enforceable, Sponsor shall have the discretion to pay such fees and proceed to arbitration. Each Entrant or winner irrevocably waives any right to bring or join in any class action regarding the Sweepstakes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if and to the extent an Entrant is a legal resident of the United Kingdom or the European Union, nothing in this Section limits or removes any mandatory legal rights or protections afforded to that Entrant under the law of his or her country of habitual residence: the binding-arbitration requirement, the class-action waiver, and the California choice-of-law and venue provisions apply to such Entrant only to the extent permitted by such applicable law, and such Entrant retains the right to bring proceedings in, and to have disputes governed by the law of, his or her country of habitual residence where that law so requires.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.savagex.com/privacy. Entrant's personal information may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, notify potential winners, and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

14. INSTAGRAM RELEASE

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor only and not to Instagram. By participating, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability arising from participation in this Sweepstakes.

15. WINNERS LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Savage X Fenty, Attn: Diana Al Shammari Jersey Giveaway — Winner, 800 Apollo Street, El Segundo, CA 90245. Winner name request must be received within sixty (60) days of the close of the Entry Period. To comply with applicable UK advertising rules, Sponsor will make available the surname and county or region of the winner to anyone who requests them within the same period, except where the winner objects or applicable data-protection law requires otherwise.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any section, provision, term, or clause of these Official Rules is held or found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court decision, statute, rule, or otherwise, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect, and such provision may be modified or severed from these Official Rules to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and consistent with the remainder of these Official Rules.
